Early Stimulation prioritizes the restitution of the mother-child bond. Both the child and the mother present relationship alterations, generated by the disability, which is why Early Stimulation tends to increase the exercise of the maternal function and increase the child's ability to register a function.

The contribution that Music Therapy can provide to patients in the Early Stimulation approach is essential for psychic, emotional, physical and spiritual recovery; as well as a way to accept problems so that the family can face and resolve their situation, favoring the development of the child in a climate of safety, trust, affection and love from the parents.

Music Therapy in Early Childhood Intervention, is aimed at children who have a deficiency, delay or risk of suffering it in any of the areas of development, it is also used in children at high risk, with biological risk or environmental risk. Among them, those affected with chromosomal disorders, embryopathies, phenopathies, metabolic disorders, neurological lesions, etc., those with sensory deficits or other causes of socio-economic origin, although they are not necessarily associated with developmental delay.

For J. Piaget stimulus is "a functional food for activity". In this definition he points to two basic concepts: that of function and that of activity. On the basis of the processes of meaning, which are the starting point, these basic premises of therapeutic stimulation are installed:

*Early Stimulation is intended to provide an impulse to functions that already exist in the stimulated subject, and that are likely to be revived by means of stimulation.

T*he active participation of the subject leads to the acquisition of new behaviors in their development, which are not always consistent with the neuropsychosocial evolution for their chronological age, so the activities must be aimed at prioritizing the evolutionary fact.

*Early Stimulation addresses the child as a whole and not the deficient member or function.

*The primary bond MOTHER-SON is the bridge that leads to the incorporation of the elements that will therapeutically support their recovery.

The procedure for Early Childhood Intervention is based on the reconstitution, support and/or substitution, alternative or circumstantial of the maternal function. Work is done on the stimulation of the child and the orientation of the mother so that she collaborates with her son to comply with the evolutionary phases that correspond to him.

The contribution that Music Therapy can provide to patients in the approach to Early Childhood Intervention through play is essential for psychic, emotional, physical and spiritual recovery; as well as a way for the acceptance of problems and conflicts that arise in the family, being able to face and resolve their situation in this way, so that the child develops in a climate of security, trust, affection and love on the part of the parents, who they are ultimately in charge of their baby's health.
